Hi, I’m Emma. I believe therapy can be an opportunity to rediscover our true self, where we are naturally calm, compassionate and empowered. As a fully qualified therapist, I provide talk therapy in a non-judgmental space. My goal is to help you explore yourself and gain clarity on the challenges you face. Therapy can be seen as an act of self-care towards developing a better relationship with yourself.
